Linear Garage Door Opener Replacement Parts
Linear Corporation was originally a retail operation that sold and installed automatic garage door operators. In 2001 Linear introduced its own range of garage door openers incorporating its Multi-Code (Multi-Elmac) radio remote control transmitters and receivers along with wireless digital keypads.
Linear has manufactures three ranges of radio remote control systems for garage openers:
The DELTA 3 system operating on the 310 Mhz frequency, the code is set with 8 DIP switches and there are 256 possible code combinations.
The Megacode system, operating on the 318 Mhz frequency, the code is factory set and there are over 1,000,000 possible code combinations.
The Multicode system is the most popular, this operates on 310 Mhz, the code is set with 10 DIP switches and 1024 possible code combinations.
